These are a selection of wellness workshops I have delivered both in the UK and internationally. Every year I travel to different destinations around the world with Fred Olsen Cruise lines delivering a range of my workshops to their guests on board. 1. Ancient Yoga breathing techniques to help boost your immunity and gain more energy

Kulvir will teach some powerful yoga breathing techniques which help to clear stress & negativity from the body whilst strengthening and energizing the immune system. This will help you to gain more energy to stay healthy and happy! Suitable for beginners. You can never underestimate the power of harnessing correct breathing techniques.


2. Learn Indian Head Massage and Acupressure points to relax and calm the mind

Indian Head Massage is over 5,000 years old and wonderful for relaxation, stress relief, improving blood circulation and boosting energy! Kulvir will demonstrate a simple Indian Head Massage for you to follow and practice on a friend/ family member. You will be amazed how incredible Indian head massage feels, because we often don’t realize just how much tension we are carrying around in this area.


3. Learn a simple & effective Anti-Ageing Natural Lift Facial massage 

Kulvir will demonstrate Ancient Eastern techniques and pressure points for a facial massage that you can try on yourself during the session. These techniques are wonderful for lifting, firming and strengthening the facial muscles. You will also get to experience the amazing cooling and healing Jade rollers that are becoming increasingly popular with A-list celebrities.

4. Mindfulness & Meditation using the power of the breath

Mindfulness and Meditation are ways of calming the constant chattering mind that causes stress and anxiety in our everyday life. Come and learn these ancient techniques using the power of the breath and visualization to live a more peaceful and happier life. These simple tools will be invaluable to assist us on our path to still the mind.


5. Acupuncture & Acupressure – what is the difference?

Kulvir will explain and demonstrate these wonderful natural eastern holistic techniques that help detox and balance your body and mind…. creating wellbeing, relaxation and good health. During this interactive session you will have the opportunity to try out the pressure point techniques on yourself.
