Fred Olsen workshops and seeing the world

Fred Olsen workshops and seeing the world!

For the last couple of years I have been delighted to provide a range of different seminars and workshops onboard Fred Olsen Cruise lines. Most recently I travelled on The Balmoral to the Far East During the 14 night cruise I taught passengers onboard more about Indian Head Massage, Yoga breathing techniques for relaxation and anti-ageing natural facial massage.  I have been thrilled with how popular my classes have been and the positive feedback I have received. During my interactive workshops passengers have the opportunity to first learn more about my holistic treatments and then practice some of the techniques on themselves or one another.

The feedback I received was that those who attended the classes felt they slept much better afterwards. One lady I met had been suffering with seasickness but found after the yoga breathing workshop her symptoms had gone completely. Their only disappointment has been that they don’t always live close enough to me to have regular sessions with me!

I thoroughly enjoy working for Fred Olsen cruise lines, it is great to deliver my workshops to so many lovely people who take such an interest in the work that I do and who are passionate about wellbeing. I really enjoy the travelling, I have seen some amazing places including Norway, The Baltics, and the Canary Islands to name a few.  Most recently visiting Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.

The food onboard is always a highlight, it’s hard to believe just how much beautiful food there is on offer, the silver service dinner is what excites me most every evening, it’s always 5 star.

For those who have never considered cruising before it is something I would personally recommend. It is a really relaxing way to travel. Cruising is ideal for solo women travellers or groups of friends, the ships are so friendly and the staff really do make it feel like a home away from home.

Fred Olsen cruise lines operates locally with the Head office based in Ipswich, there are four ships in the Fred Olsen fleet, The Balmoral, Boudicca, Black Watch and Braemar. For more information visit their website www.fredolsencruises.com.
